- Conducts sales call, promotes and markets the hotel and restaurant property, banquet facilities, F&B services and other available services to customers and would be customers within the designated areas of responsibility
- Sees to it that the assigned area of responsibiity is fully recovered and penetrated
- Ensures that approved monthly sales quota is attained
- Sees to it that sales and credit policies are strictly followed
- Takes extra care of all his/her accounts sees to it that their functons and would be functions are properly handled
- Prepares sales contracts
- Handles sales related customer complaints
- Established good relations and closes contracts with various associations or organizations for possible functions
- Monitors upcoming city events like seminars and the like
- Conducts showroom to walk-in clients
- Submits proposal to clients
- Determines possible accounts and leads and informs the Sales Manager
- Performs other tasks and functions as may be assigned by the Management from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Required Skills: High Level of Guest Service Orientation, Strong Business Acumen, Planning and Organization Skills, Commitment to Excellence, Professionalism and Integrity, Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
