- Will handle overall Franchise Relations, from Franchise Negotiation to Franchise Engagement
- Develops new Business Channels for the Franchise & Corporate Group
- Monitors and implements Marketing Corporate and Local Initiatives to all Franchise Group
- Recommends Business Developments and Initiatives for the Franchise Group
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management
- At least 5-years of working experience in the related field
- Negotiation skills, organizational skills, presentation skills, business and result-oriented
- Preferably, Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
