- Plans, directs, and coordinates the administrative functions of an organization.
- They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning.
- Responsible in human resource development, planning, policy formulation, labor relation and total compensation (rewards and recognition).
- Monitors and complies to statutory requirements, enrollment and payments to SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG
- Executes organizational development initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- With minimum 2 years Human Resource Administration Experience;
- Adept in Labor Relations and Organizational Development;
- With Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can start immediately
