- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary. stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
- Meet with the finance and accounting departments and assist in developing financial strategies.
- Documenting all cash transactions for each day.
- Reconciling bank deposits and payments.
- Processing treasury payments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any course.
- Previous experience working as a Treasury Assistant or Receptionist.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Ability to remain focused for extended periods.
- Good Communication Skill.
- Strong attention to detail.
