- Responsible for recording and maintaining daily time sheets for Craftsmen under his immediate supervision.
- Prepare reports, manpower loading chart and 30-90 day look-ahead work schedules.
- Understand job procedures for ordering tools and materials.
- Familiar with all company safety procedures regulations and strictly enforces them with the workforce under his supervision.
- Planning and coordinating job, ordering materials and managing manpower to ensure the job is completed on time and within the budget.
- Plan, organize and coordinate building projects from start to finish.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience as construction foreman in house – building construction.
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety, procedures and guidelines.
- Result oriented and with a can-do attitude.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Ability to read plans, drawings and blueprints.
- Ability to estimate and initial costing of materials.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate and report effectively.
- Problem solving abilities.
