- Conducts training assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
- Training is delivered according to the approved Monthly Training Calendar
- Submission of complete, aligned, and valid reports on the required date
- Facilitated Levels 1, 2, and 3 of training Evaluation on the programs implemented
- Revlida after 30, 60, 90 days for the Sales Consultants as basis of their sales evaluation
- Updated and Innovative training modules for all Sales Consultant to help boost the sales and customer service (pre-selling, during, and after sales)
- Evaluation of training, results and effectiveness; Job role competency and compliance
