- Identification of the KRA and KPI of all employees under building management, contractors and sub-contractors
- Manages overall functionality, cleanliness and safety of the building
- Establishes emergency plans and evacuation procedures
- Contract professionals for repairs as needed
- Establishes and monitors building maintenance and budget
- Arrange for building improvements
- Oversee contractors, supervise ground staff and inspect on-going and completed jobs
- Ensures that occupants are provided with proper utilities
- Keep the tenants updated through building circulars and announcements
- Address concerns from the existing tenants and coordinate accordingly
- Resolve complaints, problems, and requests from building tenants
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Facilities Management, Engineering,or closely related field required;
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Project (or similar), and AutoCAD.
- Experience in a fast paced environment preferred;
- Experience in real estate is preferred
