- Develop and execute strategic plan to ensure that overall quota of sales team is met
- Establish regular sales training programs and revalida for sales agents
- Provide coaching,counselling and educational opportunities for the sales team
- Proposes marketing activities and incentive programs for sales team
- Oversee and analyze activities, sales reports and performance of each sales agent
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
- Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and document customer interactions
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales agents as they generate leads and close new deals

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

- Ability to lead a sale team.
