Restaurant Receptionist  

SALES:

• Keep and maintain data base of all reservations with complete customer’s informations such as: complete name, email and contact no.
• Forward all data base to marketing team
• Ensure neatness and completeness of menus
• Required to ask feedback to customers by providing a comment slip
• Draw up client bookings for tables and ensure that tables are set before clients’ arrival
• Do text blasting for every events and promotions
• Recommend and give feedback to management of the most ordered items on the menu
• Monitor the total no. of pax reservations during events (Beer event etc.)
• Promote and up-sell other products

OPERATIONS:

• Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner and welcomes them to the restaurant
• Attends to customer’s inquiries before handing them to a waiter who will take their orders.
• Build/ engage in customer relationship
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain the completeness and organization of waiter’s cabinet

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Prior receptionist experience is preferred but not required.
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
