Digital Sales Specialist | GoParts B2C  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way which builds brand awareness and contributes to sales.They will work cross functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to effectively communicate with and convert customers.

• Deliver a professional and timely customer service on online platforms;
• Proactively responds and mange all customer inquiries realted to assigned segment;
• Monitor and input all customer and sales information on database;
• Coordinate with client and opeartions team on product pick up schedule;
• Follow up on deliveries - keeping track of activities and status;
• Liaise with management over system changes and influence our product design with your feedback;
• Recommend market strategies in line with social listening recommendations
• KPI's include conversions, response rate, response time, and customer satisfaction.

• With at least 2-4yrs work experience in Digital sales;
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
• Excellent in customer service.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
