Job Description
- A customer experience manager's major responsibility is to increase the loyalty customers have to the manager's organization.
- Trimary focus is customer engagement and is responsible for ensuring that an exceptional level of customer service is experienced by each customer
- Addresses complaints and resolves issues in collaboration with various Departments involve.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s level degree required,
- Preferred fields of study include Marketing/Customer Experience, Business Management, or related fields.
- 1 year of demonstrated knowledge in a customer service, with experience in operations and sales.
- Understanding of customer experience/service and experiential insights is a plus.
- Analytical mind and are always looking for ways to improve a recurring process.
