Marketing Coordinator  

Responsibilities:

• Identify companies within different target markets and perform market research as required (lead mining)
• Coordinate weekly direct e-mail campaign initiatives such as:
  • Planning
  • Content
  • Layout
  • Distribution
• Coordinate daily with outbound campaigns such as:
  • Schedule calls
  • Confirm appointments
  • Conduct customer feedback
• Keep the marketing database up-to-date, import new data, update records, and perform the necessary cross-checking
• Prepare marketing statistics (electronic and digital filing as required)
• Manage e-mail distribution lists including new subscriptions, opt-outs, and bounce backs
• Assist in monitoring the market for developments of significance
• Assist in on-ground activations and campaigns
• Edit and/or draft articles for the corporate newsletters as required
• Upload articles to a Web site using the company’s content management system
• Monitor website analytics and report back as required
• Provide assistance in developing an Internet presence by doing the following:
  • Improve search rankings
  • Develop social media strategies
  • Improve visibility
• Update job knowledge by participating in training and educational opportunities
• Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership in accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to the job role

• At least a Bachelor's degree in any of the following:
  • Marketing
  • Advertising
  • or any other related course
• Above average skills in the following:
  • Digital Marketing
  • Social Media Management
  • Article Writing
  • Direct Marketing
  • Marketing Research
  • Reporting Research results
  • Customer Activity
  • Process Improvement
  • Initiative
• Exceptional English skills (written and oral)
• Strong analytical and planning skills

• Needed to ensure attention to detail under tight deadlines
• Mandatory knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and undergo rigorous training
• Willing to work beyond office hours and on weekends when necessary
• Readiness to travel and work periodically in Lexcode's overseas offices, especially in Seoul, Korea
• Fluency in a Philippine language other than Filipino (Tagalog) and/or a foreign language other than English is an advantage
