- Conducting trade checks and store orientations for the Warranty Specialists and sellers alike.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Opening other retailers and dealer networks for fast expansion of the business
- Managing, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Warranty Specialists
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- At least 2 years as a successful sales representative or sales coordinator, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Has experience in managing direct reports
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Availability to travel as needed
- Excellent communication skills and basic Microsoft office
- High integrity and able to work under minimal supervision
- Must be located in South Luzon (Batangas)
