Job Description
- Reports directly to the Managing Partners
- Handle multiple events of various scales
- Shows ability to lead and handle a team
- Presents the company to potential clients and interprets the formal briefs
- Liaises with clients to ensure all requirements/requests are delivered on time
- Develops creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the Creative/Accounts/Art director
- Pitches ideas to colleagues and clients
- Familiarizes oneself with clients’ history, products and services, the target Audience and their competitors’ activities
- Writes clear, persuasive, original copy
- Handles, sources, negotiates with the best suppliers needed to execute the project at the lowest possible cost to meet client’s budget and ensures income for the company
- Manages and keeps positive supplier relations
- Prepares cost estimates and billing statements, and ensures payment is received/collected as agreed upon by both parties
- Oversees ingress, set-up and egress of all suppliers
- Ensures proper documentation of all agreements, approvals, billing and payment related to the project
- Conducts and leads supplier briefings and program run-throughs
- Conducts a post-mortem of each event with the team and submits a consolidated report of key learnings, obstacles, and points of improvement accordingly
- Able to bring in new clients and keep a healthy pipeline of leads
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can work alone or with a group;
- Needs minimal supervision and able to make empowered decisions;
- Has a positive outlook, patient, and an eye for detail;
