Job Description
Legal Officer
- Provides competent handling of criminal, civil, labor or administrative cases filed by or against the Company.
- Briefs management on legal issues, potential liabilities, and possible courses of actions.
- Writes and reviews contracts, pleadings, agreements, etc.
- Performs legal research to make well-educated legal recommendations.
- Analyze actions and decisions of company to identify problem areas, suggest alternative course of action and mitigate risks.
- Provides legal advisory and counseling.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Law or equivalent
- LLB; Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP member)
- At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field
- Two (2) positions available
Required skills
- Experience in litigation especially before the NLRC and NCIP
- Well adapt in contract preparation
- Highly competent in legal writing and trial practice
- Excellent oral & written communication.
