Finance Head  

We are looking for a passionate Finance Head who can deliver results and solutions using data-driven decision-making.

The Head of Finance will serve as follows:

• Work closely with the CEO, Operations team, and external partners to handle a broad range of financial, strategic, and operational responsibilities
• Play an integral role in setting direction and executing key financial decisions to scale a rapidly growing business
• Oversee financial planning & budgeting for the business, which includes managing the P&L and cashflow
• Build a robust financial infrastructure with high quality processes, controls, financial reporting systems, and resources that will meet the needs of owners and partners
• Grow a highly capable finance team to support leadership and identify opportunities to enhance processes, infrastructure, and capabilities of the business to scale appropriately
• Liaise with banks and investors; design strategies to obtain capital thru traditional (ex. banks) and non-traditional (ex. investors) channels, and participate in major financing events including fundraising and deal structuring

• At least 5 years of professional growth through positions of increasing financial management responsibility, ideally in the fields of financial services (investments, credit/lending) and technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business requirements into a working financial framework
• Excellent business acumen with an ability to see beyond the numbers and identify drivers of performance
• Knowledge in GAAP, particularly as it impacts technology, software, and professional service firms
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style, with a natural ability to influence decisions and negotiate with third-parties
• Process-driven and goal-oriented with a proven ability to bring operational best practices to a growing organization
