Job Description
The Lendwell Business Development Associate is primarily responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by sourcing, identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across a variety of local industries, including, but not limited to: Retail, Leisure, BPOs, Manufacturing, Manpower, E-Commerce, etc.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Generate and qualify leads using various methods (e.g. online research, networking, cold calling)
- Provide stellar customer experience through phone and email
- Evaluate customer needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals consisting of sales opportunities and revenue
- Keep sales CRM and other sales-related tools up to date
- Work closely with the Sales team and Management team as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- At least one (1) year experience in Sales, preferably with experience and success with both internal and external selling
- High energy, ethical, self-motivated, and respectfully persistent
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), a collaborative working style, and a natural ability to influence decisions and negotiate with third-parties
- Process-driven and goal-oriented with a proven ability to bring operational best practices to a growing organization
- Existing client network a plus
