Job Description
1. Responsible to establish standards related to food safety and quality.
2. Responsible to conduct inspection to outlets, central kitchen, warehouse, or suppliers based on SOP, GMP, HACCP.
3. Responsible to handling complain related food safety and quality.
4. Responsible for pest control management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Food Technology, Biology or Chemist.
- Maximum age 30 years.
- Minimum experienced 1-2 years as Quality Control in F&B business.
- Technical skills : Understand principle of food safety and quality, HACCP, pest control, understand regulation for SLH (Sertifikat Laik Hygiene), Halal.
- Soft Skills : Good communication, initiative, responsible, able to work with team or individual, problem solver, observative, integrity.
