Job Description
- Responsibility to technical matters: formula development, lab scale trial, production scale trial.
- Responsibility in internal and external panel test, and able to process the panel test data.
- Able to do basic research with Product Innovation specialist.
- Work with Product Innovation Specialist in product development.
- Able to cooking and baking.
- Coordinate with supply chain in stock controlling.
- Responsibility to record incoming sample and outcoming sample.
- Work with neat, detail, structured and able to explore more
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Technical Skill(s): panel test, organoleptic.
- Required Soft Skill(s): Good communication, initiative, able to work with team or individual, problem solver, able to baking and cooking, have basic research, detail oriented.
