Sales Planning and Merchandising Associate  

Responsible for creating attractive sales everyday and drive customers' interest in Leflair.

• Build a planning of sales events from the merchandise provided by the buying team and ensure the right mix of categories, price-points, brands’ popularity and timing
• Execute e-merchandising strategies to optimize the performance of online merchandise (banners arrangement, SKU arrangement, etc.)
• Create sales everyday to ensure our products are available and presented at their best on the website

• Bachelor's degree major in Economic, Business Administration or related fields
• Experience from Retail or FMCG industry or E-commerce experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented and has the ability to enforce processes
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced working environment
• Understand brand positionings & and their characteristics
• Eager to understand consumers' behavior and preferences
