Job Description
- Administrative Services - Manage Office Space Rental, Cleaning Services, etc.
- Office Administration - Assist in Purchasing, Maintenance, and Upkeep of Office Tools and Equipment, Safekeeping of Company Resources.
- Management Services - Handle Personal and Office Related Concerns of the Managing Director.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year college or university course
- At least two (2) years working experience in the same capacity
- Good command of the English language, both written and oral, and can communicate well with different levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Dependable, flexible and trustworthy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Willing to work in Pasig City
