Job Description
The Management Trainee will be exposed to the following functions/areas:
- Operations (Teachers), Training and Workforce
- Business Development
- Sales & Marketing
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a fresh graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Business Management or other related fields of study, from any of the Top Universities.
- Has actively participated or held key positions in school organizations / extracurricular activities.
- Has the passion to learn, lead and succeed in an AGGRESSIVE, START-UP COMPANY
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good command of the English language, both written and oral, and can communicate well with different levels in the organization and our International clients.
- Willing to undergo an apprenticeship program for at least six (6) months.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Willing to work in Pasig City
- Successful candidate will receive monthly compensation
