Job Description
- Develop LJMB’s marketing growth strategies focused both on financial gain, customer satisfaction, and new market penetration such as industry leaders, manpower-heavy industries, and international areas.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify new markets, best practices, and client companies’ needs.
- Promote LJMB’s products and services and addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Strengthen LJMB’s marketing initiatives thru utilization of social media, live streaming sites, and other online avenues to promote strong company image and branding.
- Brand LJMB in the market as a “one-stop shop”, top-of-mind partner of organizations for high-impact and practical learning, HR and OD solutions.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support for company clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing company clients.
- Conduct of joint activities with clients such as Corporate Social Responsibility activities among others.
- Brand LJMB and all its individual trainers in the market as subject matter experts and “guru” in the field of Training and Development and Learning and OD.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years in the Training and Consulting industry
- Team player
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
