Job Description
- Develop engaging and relevant e-learning platform contents courses targeted to the needs of LJMB’s company clients and the market.
- To manage e-learning courses that can cater the needs of LJMB’s company clients and the market.
- Build courses, upload and format content and animations to the highest standards on available online platforms such as social media and mobile learning.
- Help to develop the Training and Development and L&D strategy of LJMB.
- Communicate training requirements and expected timescales to Consulting and Operations Department
- Develop a creative approach to problem-solving and offer a range of solutions to questions around design and delivery of technology enhanced learning.

Close coordination with Operations and Consulting Team with regards to planning and implementation of Digital Learning programs and initiatives.
Note: This job opening is currently for pooling.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the Training and Consulting industry;
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in developing e-learning modules using software such as SAP Litmos, Talent LMS, Canvas, etc.
