Job Description
Reporting directly to the Finance and Admin Lead, the successful candidate is in-charge of performing various accounting and finance-related tasks that will support the overall business of LJMB Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Updating of the financial spreadheets with daily transactions
- Ensure accuracy and timely recording of financial transactions
- Tracking and reconciliation of bank statements
- Assissting in the preparation of the Financial Statements
- Assisting in the month end reports
- Balance sheet and flux analysis
- Will handle the billing/collection and payment of invoices
- Preparing aging reports for both the account receivable and payables
- Prepraring weekly reports and other reports as needed by the management
- Assist in BIR compliance - VAT, WHT, Income tax
- Fixed asset and inventory management
- File management and archiving skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduates with Bachelor's degree in Accountancy are welcome to apply, CPA is a plus
- With Good oral and written Communication Skills
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
- Excellent organizing and problem - solving skills
