Job Description
We're a startup in need of a full time office admin handling everything from office management, appointment scheduling, filing, invoicing and even some customer service task such as cold calling and support functions.
This position requires ability to manage and provide a supporting role to a team as well as ability to nurture and build on existing team culture.
Minimum Qualifications
- Very good in written and verbal english communication skills;
- Resposible and can work independently;
- Extremely detailed;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Knows how to use social media, applications and a quick learner;
