Job Description
- Provide great customer service by answering email, phone, and live chat inquiries
- Organize filing system of e-documents.
- Updating monitoring or team dashboard
- Tracking parcels via 3rd party courier sites
- Assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Coordinate orders, follow up, and inquiries with Operations Dept.
- Type correspondence, compile data for expense, and statistical reports.
- Be a team player in a growing customer support team
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree any courses related to Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1 year of working experience required
- Previous work in BPO is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Someone who knows how to research and work with a team
- Possess great customer service
- Goal-oriented
- Great written and spoken English. This position will be done fully in English.

- Has 1+ Years of Experience in Customer Service, Admin, Ecommerce
- Excellent Command of the English Language
- Good coordination and organization skills
- Tech and Internet Savvy (Google Docs, Office, and a bunch of other tools we use)
