Job Description
The Restaurant Manager is expected carry out the following responsibilities:
- Restaurant Operations - Lead his team to executive efficient operations in the restaurant.
- Food Handling and Sanitation management - Take oversight in ensuring that food is prepared according to the acceptable safety and sanitation standards.
- Waste Management -Implement procedures to ensure that abnormal/unacceptable waste is maintained at the minimum.
- Customer Management - Take initiatives to ensure that all crew are well-adept in following procedures to ensure that customers are more than satisfied with the service given.
- Management Reporting - Communicate the performance of the restaurant in terms of Profit & Loss Statements, Daily Operations Report, Inventory Control Reports and all other reports necessary for management.
- Mentorship - Take initiatives to become a mentor to the crew by launching seminars and team-building activities to help his team grow professionally.

Integrity - Demonstrate that he has strong moral foundations, that he is someone who will do the right thing no matter whatever temptation would come his way. This also means that the person should have no criminal record or any record that would indicate that he has been dishonest in his previous job

Leadership - Confident and demonstrates leadership qualities. The person should be good at dealing with people by empowering others to believe in a shared purpose.

Communication skills - Strong communication skill. The person should be able to communicate his ideas effectively both in English and Tagalog, oral or written.
