WANTED: Our New Operations Team Leader

Leads.PH is a young fast paced company with plenty of room to grow. We are an Online Media Agency with a focus on lifestyle industries in the Philippines such as Golf, Whisky and Travel. We research, write and publish our online media properties through different digital channels such as our websites, blogs, e-commerce, social media, email and video.

About The Position:

We are looking for someone who has the passion, expertise and discipline to be the Support System for our Golf Membership program.

Your sole focus will be to execute, maintain and improve the way we run our membership operations. Whether it be helping our members book a tee time, answering a customer inquiry or balancing out the books. It will be your responsibility to ensure that everything is going smoothly.

What Will I Be Doing?

Your ability to be successful at this position will be based on your ability to not only work hard, but to work efficiently. You will be given achievable goals and projects at the beginning of the quarter based on your 3 pillars (Running the Day to Day Office, Taking Care of Our Members, and Making Sure Our Books Are On Point). It will be your responsibility to achieve these goals and projects in a timely matter.

This is a full time position. However, you will NOT be micromanaged and must be self-motivated and driven by your kpi’s, goals and metrics.

Additional Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordination and Supervision
    • Manage all day-to-day office related activities
    • Respond and Fulfill Member Concierge Requests and Inquiries
    • Handle Customer Support related issues and Respond to Company Internal Emails in a prompt and timely manner
  • Systems and Processes
    • Take lead in improving and updating operational systems, process and procedures
    • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our membership services.
    • Create new policies and procedures that are required.
  • Financial
    • Take Lead on Membership Financials
    • Balance Day to Day Books (P&L, Financial Statements)
    • Utilize Data to improve profitability and find weaknesses
    • Manage Expense reports, reimbursements, transfer payments

Minimum Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For? Someone who is:

  • Organized, great at operations and getting things done.
  • Smart and resourceful (especially on the internet).
  • Self-motivated and is driven by performance and targets.
  • Loves challenges and are comfortable being given responsibility.
  • Interested in Golf (doesn’t need to be a golfer)

We Also Require

  • Has 5+ Years of Experience in the Operations, Management, Finance or Admin.
  • Excellent Command of the English Language
  • Strong Analytical and Planning Skills
  • Tech and Internet Savvy (Google Docs, Office, and a bunch of other tools we use)
  • Has a Track Record of Getting Things Done

Who We Are Not Looking For? Someone who:

  • Is more creative than organized.
  • Prefers to freestyle and adapt to changes rather than work in a more systematic type of environment.
  • Hates metrics, accountability and goals.
  • Hates Responsibility.
  • Has trouble following systems and always needs to be told what to do.
  • Has no interest in Golf, our mission and is just looking for a job

As the Head of Operations, you will work hand in hand with the Business Development Manager and meet weekly with the Management Team and CEO of GolfPH.
