Job Description
This position is full time. It can be done remotely or at our designated meeting spot.
The description is simple. We need someone who finds pleasure in completing the tasks assigned to them. Someone who is smart and knows how to use all their resources. Never complains and works hard. We need someone that is resourceful, understands to give ALL details even if it isn't requested of them and strives to be proud of the work that they do every day. In this position, you will feel good knowing that you are helping a company grow into something bigger.
This position will be done in English and you must have a laptop and internet at home. Every day is something new. Something challenging. Not always exciting, but you will always be learning. Come in with the right attitude each day and you'll have a great day!
You will work directly with the owners of the company and will have a direct influence on each client, sale and the foundation set up for the company. Normally as an administrative assistant, your job is mundane. Answering phones, taking notes or running errands. You may do this from time to time, but not on a usual basis. Every day is different. As we grow, you will grow too.
Note: This is not a Virtual Assistant position and Employees are required to come into the office at least 1-2x a week for our weekly meetings and training.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 3+ years of Experience
- Superb English (Written and verbal)
- Must Have a Strong Internet Connection at Home
- Must Have Your own laptop
- Knows how to work on their own and complete a task list
- Someone who can follow deadlines and feels great finishing things
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
