Restaurant Operations Manager  

We're seeking an Operations Manager to assist in managing the operations and expansion of our restaurants. This position has huge room for growth and we are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals who want to contribute and grow with our company.

Responsibilities:

• Leading, managing, and keeping store managers accountable
• Communicating with the store managers regularly
• Creating processes and ensuring they are being followed
• Setting and helping to achieve goals set for the stores
• Inspection and sanitation of facility
• Helping our team grow both personally and professionally

• Can work with minimum supervision and work under pressure
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational or Short Course certificate, Food & Beverage Services Management and/or equivalent
• At least 2 year experience in a restaurant is required for this position
• Highly Organized and keen to details
• Must be able to speak English
• Willing to work in Taguig City
