Job Description

  • Validate, track and fulfill client requests by tracking tickets and keeping all logs maintained and updated within the project management system.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates, particularly in relation to project delivery time.
  • Problem-solving and time management skills are very critical as 15+ projects may be active at any given time.
  • Monitor and update tasks to ensure they’re being done.
  • Flexibility, initiative, dedication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision

LeadAdvisors digital media agency has an immediate opening for a full-time Digital Project Manager.

We're seeking an executive-level project manager with operations and sales skills. While we work within a wide range of digital creative, our main focus is on digital banner campaigns and social media specifically with business owners who are advertising their products and services to other consumers. We play in a fast-paced environment, and we're looking for someone who has the experience to hit the ground running from day one. You must have worked on the previous digital project manager and must have some knowledge of the social media and google advertising landscape.

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

Manage creative needs between clients and agency by ensuring that all assets are reviewed and approved by the internal team and the client and that timelines are clearly and regularly communicated to them.

Create advertising funnel for the retargeting campaigns, and ad copy and finalizing the ad copy sales funnel.

Create and maintain project schedules and help drive timelines that are most often tight.

Ability to run the day-to-day work-flow by partnering closely with the team's dedicated designer to make sure creatives are thoroughly briefed and have all needed assets.

Maintain a collaborative working relationship with regular status updates and timelines that track urgency to relay to clients and senior managers to address "red flag" issues in a timely, effective, and outcome-oriented fashion.

Understand advertising, ad copy aspects and the creative process in which banners are developed and trafficked.

Create new ads, campaigns with full strategy and budget

THE SKILLS

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience
  • Valid PMP and Google Ads certifications preferred
  • Valid Gads Certification is ++
  • Must know Ad Operations or Tag Manager
  • Must know how to execute your own ideas from concept to completion
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Ability to develop quality while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of constant change
  • Experience and understanding of display ads, native ads and how to achieve data analysis is very important
  • Helpful to have awareness of trends, including social media/marketing strategies.
  • Must understand and be well versed in digital banners - understanding media plans, specs, and delivery needs
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Must be able to work on multiple campaigns at the same time
  • Expertise with Word, Excel, PPT, and Keynote is a must
