Job Description
- To work with the team to ensure that SAP accurately reflects what is physically at consignment stock locations.
- To liaise with the relevant Field Inventory Officers to ensure inventory objectives are met at each consignment account and coordinate
- Analyze inventory to provide min-max items based on current and historical demand
- Produce timely consignment reconciliation inventory reports. Monitoring of satellite warehouses for consigned items for min-max
- Conduct investigation and provide justification for discrepancies, help identify root causes
- Identify inventories at risk of ageing, slow moving, obsolete, expired, short shelf-life, excess and UHS inventory. Forward looking analysis to stop out of control trends and address the gaps
- Support warehouse capacity planning to optimize warehouse location and achieve highest productivity level
- Raise remedy tickets for unresolved inventory issues
- Any ad hoc inventory management related analysis and reporting
- Work with Product Manager to reduce total inventory value
- Processing of PR/GRPO
- Handles receiving of ordered items from supplier
- Monitoring of demo units/service units
- Other tasks may be assigned by the Management from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
Maximum Experience:
- 2-3 years experienced employees
Job-Specific Skills:
- Supply Chain/field inventory management experience
- Mandatory previous experience with SAP
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Ability to interact effectively with other departments
- Detail-oriented
- Can deliver a customer focused service to internal and external customers
- Customer service experience would be an advantage
- Generic Skills:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Intermediate analytical and organizational skills
- Must be hard working
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Able to cope with changing priorities and deal with a broad variety of tasks concurrently
