Job Description
- Performs various tasks to assist with the daily operations of LBPSC for the client
- Assists in recruiting and helping new deployed employees integrate into the company
- Follows up with applicant references
- explains company policies and benefits
- Maintains files regarding all new hires
- Assists with or even conducts company orientations for individuals or groups of new hires
- Helps deployed employees who are seeking additional training or who might need updated training
- Support HR Functions
- Helps in ensuring payroll accuracy (collecting of DTRs/timesheets and sending to LBPSC main office)
- Receives deployed employee and client issues or problems
- Maintains employee relations
- Will conduct regular visits to different offices of the client (Bicol Region only)
Minimum Qualifications
- Male
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent
- Relevant work experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Must be residing in Legaspi or nearby areas
- Willing to do fieldwork
