Job Description
- Provides assistance to the Accounting Dept. Head, as well auditors and other finance employees with bookkeeping, clerical duties, and managing accounts
- Performs bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, preparing accounting reports, and reconciling accounts
- Resolves outstanding payments through communication with departments, vendors, and clients.
- Processes, records, and pays invoices, bills, and other transactions.
- Records fiscal transactions, balancing and reconciling accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant
- Relevant work experience is an advantage
- Pleasing personality; must be able to work well with others, especially clients.
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Can work under pressure
