Job Description
- Assists in administering pre-employment tests as part of the screening process
- Endorses candidates for vacancies as required by client-companies to the concerned Project Management Team(s);
- Assists with increases in the manpower pool by:
- Coordinating with schools, review centers, professional organizations and government agencies for obtaining list of graduates/referrals, schedule of and participation in job fairs;
- Utilizing online advertisements, job posting and employment searches;
- Distributing flyers to personal circles, such as Barangay Halls, Condominium Lobbies, Newspaper Inserts, etc.;
- Finding creative and alternative ways to source for candidates;
- Prepares and submits to immediate supervisor daily/weekly/monthly reports of total recruited, screened, and endorsed candidates, of total filled and unfilled vacancies, and of other pertinent details as may be required to promote recruitment data collection, monitoring analysis and reporting efficiency;
- May address follow-ups/queries/concerns of clients and/or employees regarding applications and other vacancies;
- Performs other office support functions and other tasks, which may be additionally assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resource or Psychology
- Registered Psychometrician is an advantage
- Fresh Graduates are accepted
- At least ten (10) hours of training
