Job Description
- Ensures documentation are given on time and accurately, to support presentation and reporting requirements.
- Prepares status report updates on action items/ tasks to the Department Head.
- Performs various office related works to ensure compliance with requirement of office administration such as assisting in facilitation of meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate preferably with Business Administration Degree.
- Preferably with 1 year experience in admin work preferably in Telecommunication Company.
- Must be able to deal with people in different levels of organization.
