Job Description
- Researches and develops new and needs-based programs to meet the training requirements of employees and clients;
- Develops instructional and communication materials and evaluation methods;
- Continually reviews curriculum design and communicates with clients to ensure that training modules and materials are easily applicable to company needs;
- Develops, coaches, and manages training staff;
- Evaluates effectiveness of training modules;
- Acts as a subject matter expert for selected training programs; and
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology or other related field
- Preferably with three (3) years of relevant work experience
- At least 40 hours of relevant trainings
