Job Description

  • Researches and develops new and needs-based programs to meet the training requirements of employees and clients;
  • Develops instructional and communication materials and evaluation methods;
  • Continually reviews curriculum design and communicates with clients to ensure that training modules and materials are easily applicable to company needs;
  • Develops, coaches, and manages training staff;
  • Evaluates effectiveness of training modules;
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for selected training programs; and
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology or other related field
  • Preferably with three (3) years of relevant work experience
  • At least 40 hours of relevant trainings
