Job Description
- Make dining and other reservations for patrons, and obtain tickets for events.
- May take messages, arrange or give advice on transportation, business services or entertainment, or monitor guest requests for housekeeping and maintenance.
- Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any Business course, HRM, Tourism, or others.
- Must have 6months Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Customer Service, Front desk Associate or equivalent.
- With excellent communication skills; can communicate well.
- Must have a pleasing personality
