Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare financial business forms, for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.,
- Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance director.
- Help oversee and manage individual accounts.
- Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
- Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct.

- Makati area

Job Summary
Finance Assistants are responsible for collecting and recording financial information, and for making sure that account balances are up to date.
Job Specification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- With at least 6 months prior experience in a similar role.
- Highly organized and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate well with colleagues, superiors, and guests.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
