Job Description
Primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware and the entire Kitchen Area. Promptly providing all facets of the dining venue available stock of silver and dishware on a continual basis. Assigned to different workstations daily in different venues. Attention to even the smallest detail given to all food prep areas and equipment.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintains the Cleanliness of the Kitchen Area
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor
- Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
- Monitors trash levels in all cans and remove when needed
- Maintains a good relationship with the colleagues and contributes to team spirit
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Vocational or other technical school, certification, training or apprenticeship beyond high school
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Kitchen
- Qualifications: Able to cope with the physical demands of the job – lifting, carrying up to 30lbs and bending is involved; able to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to work a flexible schedule
- Willing to be assigned in Davao
