Job Description
The Houseman creates an experience for hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment.
General Responsibilities:
- Provides professional and courteous service at all times
- Cleans and maintains all public areas in guest room hallway, storage areas, and administrative areas
- Follow proper lost and found procedures for items left behind in a guest room
- Ensures completeness of all minibar items daily
- Attends Departmental meetings and daily briefings
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Vocational or other technical schools, certification, training or apprenticeship beyond high school
- Experience: Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Qualifications: Able to cope with the physical demands of the job – moving, lifting, carrying and bending is involved; understands basic English language both written and oral
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu
