Job Description
- Manage the LazGlobal Homepage Channel to maintain and increase its Daily App Users (DAU) and Clickthrough Rate (CTR).
- Manage the Taobao Collection store by keeping it updated with new campaigns and layouts to increase its visitors and store followers.
- Conceptualize & execute weekly campaigns that focus on LazGlobal's key & growth categories.
- Create comprehensive onsite/app visibility and marketing traffic plans by collaborating with Traffic & Marketing Team to ensure the success of LazGlobal campaigns.
- Analyze performance of campaigns to ensure high Traffic, CTR, & Conversion Rate.
- Work closely with Graphics Team to ensure all visual materials of LazGlobal Campaigns & marketing pushes are aligned with overall branding.
- Experiment with new onsite/app initiatives that increase DAU, CTR, & Branding of LazGlobal.
Minimum Qualifications
- Highly energetic and self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge about Online marketing channels and how to tap new customers online
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Creative mindset
- Opportunity to travel around SEA and China
