Job Description
- Manage community team both in house and partner for social media handling in respond to comment, post and others related to customer care function.
- Building strong working relationship with colleagues, partners and stakeholders to deliver good quality on handling social media
- Support planning, delivery and evaluation of partner quality on handling social media
- Partnering with Marketing for managing media sentiment and team in terms of managing negative sentiments on social media to maintain Lazada's image
- Maintain high quality, continually improve and standardize process on media handling
- Develop and provide actionable quality reports
- Conduct training on particular topic to improve quality and knowledge
Minimum Qualifications
- Social Media savvy
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Strong logical thinking,analytical and problem solving skills
- Having attention to the detail
- Like to surf the internet and know about current trends & topics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel,Powerpoint,etc)
- Excellent communication,influencing and interpersonal skills
