- Managing Company's Tax Compliances (tax payment and tax reporting)
- Analyze cross border transaction (double tax treaties agreement) and transfer pricing application
- Advise all tax issue related on various transactions to all level in the Company
- Prepare tax planning strategy with the goal to fulfill all the tax obligation properly according to Indonesia Tax Regulation.
- Tax Compliance and Administration
- Reviewing International transactions related to tax treaties applications and transfer pricing issues
- Reviewing monthly reconciliations of tax object expenses and tax payables
- Control technical tax issues to ensure the reporting is accurate and in line with Group Head Office guidelines and accounting standard
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least post degree in finance / accountancy / fiscal administration / equivalent
- has accomplished brevet A, B, C, certified as tax consultant (USKP) is a pluss
- At least 8 years of working experience in related field
- Preferably manager / assistant manager specialized in finance / audit / taxation
- Familiar with tax regulation and legality (local and international)
- Strong knowledge in financial statement, accountin reporting and tax
- Experience working in tax consultant or Big Four audit companies is an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Indonesian)
- Thorough knowledge about tax procedures and policies
- Strong computer skills (Ms Excel and Word, Internet)
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Can-do attitude and strong work ethic
