Job Descriptions

• Prepare annual budgeting process with related function (Sales, Production, Marketing, Buying, Finance, HR, and other supporting function) on yearly basis and & 'Forecast' on quarterly basis.
• Monitoring and controlling actual results and responsible on preparing monthly variance analysis report to support management for decision making
• Communicate to respective department head on the accountability of the departmental budget
• Identify risks, improvement, and cost saving opportunity in operation side
• Create and refine reporting mechanisms to provide the right data and information related to company operational cost and budget (fixed/variable cost analysis, idle capacity, and inventory analysis)
• Prepare monthly management reporting and any ad hoc analysis and reporting

• Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable University or overseas Graduates
• Minimum 3 years working experience in investment banking or financial institution

• Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills

• Very keen on attention to detail, team player who also works well under pressure

• Effective problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities

• Proficient in English

• SAP knowledge is preferable

• Experienced in retail, e-commerce and/or logistic business is highly desirable
