Job Description
- Reports directly to the General Manager.
- Responsible for conducting branch operations audit of both company-owned and franchised branches.
- Check the overall compliance to Lay Bare’s branding and standard operating procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 2 – 3 years related work experience in Customer Service and /or Quality Assurance
- Good attention to details
- Fair, objective, non-partisan
- Strict and firm in implementing SOPs
- Thoroughness with details, Patient, Hardworking
- Willingness to do field work
- Thorough knowledge of Lay Bare’s operations and SOPs
- Process Improvement, Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication skills both oral and in written
- Emphasizing Excellence
