Job Description
- Responsible in administering everyday operations for all sales activities.
- Responsible in hitting the sales target/quota.
- Facilitate accounts development and recommend appropriate new selling techniques and resolve customer issues
- Prepare reports to be submitted to the management on a weekly & monthly basis
- Responsible for all bank deposits and transactions.
- Administers and facilitates supplies monitoring, displays and inventory
- Monitors staff’s performance and attendance.
- Conducts, initiates discipline, orientation when necessary.
- Prepares, Validates staff’s attendance and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Female, Graduate of any 4 year course.
- With working experience in the same industry or in a beauty and wellness spa or salon.
- Excellent in written and oral communication skills.
- Must possess leadership skills.
- Must be willing to be trained in Manila
- With pleasing personality. Atleast 5'2 in height and above.
- Must be willing to be trained in Manila.
