Job Description
Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Management and Organizational Design (SMOD), the Talent Acquisition job role is to conduct an end to end recruitment process from interview up to the deployment of all qualified applicants.
Key Result's Area:
- Talent Acquisition
- Provides a strategic recruitment plan by evaluating staffing requirements
- Responsible for Employer-Branding through job postings
- Ensure 100% manpower requirements are delivered based timeline
- Performance Management
- Monitors and issues performance review periodically
- Provides a recommendation with the internal clients for the progress of the employee
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course.
- At least 3 - 5 years and above relevant work experience in the same capacity.
- Must have a strong background in talent acquisition (volume hiring)
- Above level communication skills both oral and in writing.
- Detail and results-driven.
- Highly organized.
- Independent and has a strong judgment
