- Keep all guests accomodations and buildings maintained and cleaned in a high quality and efficient manner.
- Attend daily coordination of the housekeeping operations.
- Responsible for ensuring the department achieves the highest level of service delivery through effective communication and follow up.
- Communicating the room status, receiving and dispatching requests, tasks to all key contacts ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the department.
- Works closely with the engineering, front office and facility.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- With hotel background is required
- Prefer 2 or 3 years experience in housekeeping
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
